Upload matters more than download for most businesses — card terminals, cameras, backups and video calls all send. That is why the upload figures here are higher than the residential tiers at the same price.

Talk to us first

If you run card terminals, cameras, a booking system or a phone system over the connection, tell us before you pick a tier. Those change which plan is right, and two of them change how we configure the install.

Service level

Business Advanced and Business Ultimate include a service level agreement. Business Elite can have one added.

An SLA sets a response time for an outage and what happens if we miss it. It does not make the connection immune to weather, a cut fibre upstream or a power failure at a tower — nothing does. It sets out what we owe you when one of those happens.

To confirm before publication. The SLA response window, credit schedule and exclusions need to be settled and written out here in full. This page should link to the signed document, not summarise it.

Questions

Can I get a static IP address?

Yes. It is included from Business Elite up and available on Starter and Pro.

Do you install outside business hours?

Where we can, yes. If an install means closing your doors, say so when you book and we will work around it.

Can you connect more than one building?

Often, if both have line of sight to a tower. Call and describe the sites.

Is business service on a separate network?

No. It is the same towers and the same upstream carriers as the residential service. What differs is the upload provisioned, the static addressing and the SLA.
